How do I apply?
Once you have selected your new home you and anyone over 18, who will be living in the home, need to complete an application. In some cases people need a cosigner. We have included the forms below for you to download and print. At the same time you apply the application fee is due, equal to one months rent. Once you are approved the application fee becomes your security deposit.

HOW DO I PAY MY RENT?
Rent is always due on the 1st of the month!
We accept personal checks, cashiers checks, and electronic payments through paylease.com (aka ZEGO). You may also sign up for automatic payment withdrawal by making an appointment with the bookkeeping department. There is a drop box at our office that can be utilized for payments 24 hrs a day. If you choose to mail your check keep in mind that we are not responsible for the mail service and if your payment is not received on time you will be assessed a late fee.
